Kirsten Locke SC2 Ring 4

There will be approximately an hour break around noon – the rings will be opened for walk through during the break. If you anticipate a late arrival (after 8:30 but before 1 pm), please send dickybird@telus.net an email so we can mark you as late rather than absent and you can run both SC in the afternoon session. If you are arriving after 1 pm, there will be an additional walk through as soon as the regular running order has been completed at approximately 3:45. We will then run through late notice list of competitors. AGAIN, please give us advance notice by emailing Lisa. If at any time you anticipate a conflict, please just let the gate know. You are not expected to run dogs back to back, so if you find you need a few moments, please ask.

MEASURING

There will be early morning measuring available before the steeplechase events – by the check in area (8:00 am). If you are arriving late Friday or if you are not going to be there for the Steeplechase events and need measuring for Regionals, please let check in know that you need a measurement. Please do not leave it to the last moment as our judges will be busy.

SOCIAL 4:30 – 6:30 PM
